Duties and Responsibilities
- Check the store for anything broken or that needs maintenance e.g blown light bulbs
- Managing FOH staff and having sectional meetings with staff
- Ensure Bar, Deli and Sushi controls and handle their issues and quality
- Handle Stock from freezer and completion of stock sheets
- Monitor cutlery & crockery
- Assisting on the floor when BOH duties are completed
- Ensure pest control and canopy cleaning
- Make orders and check stock on delivery
- Perform daily banking functions
- Oversee preparation of deli and guests sitting area
- Manage restaurant floor
- Handle disciplinary issues at the floor level
