11:15Career Options Africa Ltd, a Human Capital advisory firm has been retained by retained by our client, a fast growing manufacturer in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry to recruit a Field Sales Manager and a National Sales Manager (Nairobi) both reporting to the General Manager, Sales and Marketing.
The two positions are responsible for sales growth in their respective sales territories by developing and implementing sound plans, systems and structures for sales promotion, distribution and key account relationship management to achieve set sales targets.
They will also be responsible of developing and leading sales teams in a given territory
