Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include supporting the Africa Internet Group on all legal and regulatory issues across East Africa, including:
- Drafting of and review of contracts with partners and suppliers
- Assistance with HR compliance
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting with litigation or assertion efforts
- Licensing efforts
- Ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies
- Developing policies, processes and manuals around compliance
- Providing advice and guidance on legal risk exposure
