12:43The successful candidate will manage a team of Sales Executives, train, develop and lead implementation of Sales & marketing strategy to promote products and services to Medical Fraternity, consultants, insurance companies and corporates and negotiate contracts with the aim of improving awareness and maximizing sales.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Sales Executives & Lead the development,
- implementation and delivery of sales targets as per sales plan Use the product wise customer database,
- target list and masters to guide the sales team on identification and approach of target customers
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with Consultant Doctors & Medical Fraternity, Insurance Companies & corporate Clients.
- Identify, plan and manage the necessary need based market researches to gather relevant data in order to analyze, products, services, competition and trends and develop reports for Management
- Share monthly feedback reports from clients, to respective Heads of Departments and work on a clear action plan.
- Develop and implement programs and plans for communication and promotion of products, services, packages, plans, features and benefits to existing and prospective clients.
- Organize and manage events like Health camps, disease detection camps, CMEs, CSR activities etc.
- Develop and manage a budget for the Department
- Develop and implement a PR/Marketing/Customer Care/CSR Activity strategic plan based on the overall Company strategy to ensure that business needs are met
- Develop measurable and auditable Key Performance Indicators for Sales Executives and review adherence
