• - West Nairobi consists of one section (class) of the Early Childhood Learning Center (prekindergarten) to grade eight.
• - The High School offers two core sections as well as a variety of elective courses
• - WNS has approximately 305 students and 30 teaching staff.

1. - Analyze student test data – MAP, PSAT&SAT.
2. - Educate teachers on the process and application of analyzing test data.
3. - Review and recommend textbooks and other educational materials with input from administration and classroom teachers.
4. - Order curriculum.
5. - Observe work of teaching staff to recommend changes that could strengthen classroom teaching skills.
6. - Review, assess, and recommend for improvement of the school’s appropriate use of technology in the classroom.
7. - Develop procedures for teachers to better implement curriculum.
8. - Assist and facilitate the professional development of teachers and other instructional staff in content areas or instructional strategies in collaboration with principals and input from teachers.
9. - Oversee mentoring or coaching programs, including any schoolwide mentorship programs, for teachers in collaboration with principals.
